Credits for Certain Classes: For specific classes, we may offer the option to receive a credit for future sessions instead of a refund. This option is available under the following conditions:

The request for credit must be made at least 24hours before the class begins or before the withdrawal date.

The class must fall within our designated eligible classes (please check our website or contact us for the current list).

Credits are valid for six months from the date of issuance and can be applied to any future classes within that time frame.

Requesting a Credit: To request a credit, please click here to complete a the cancellation form. Be sure to provide your order details and the reason for your request. We will review your case and respond accordingly during business hours.
